Terms of Service & Public Offer Agreement
This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding public contract offered by Individual Entrepreneur Yurii Anatoliiovych Krakatets (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"), governing the provision of cloud software access to the AKRAMYS platform for any legal entity or individual (hereinafter referred to as the "User").
1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The Provider grants the User access to the digital features and toolsets of the AKRAMYS online platform (hereinafter "Service"), and the User agrees to accept and pay for such services in accordance with the selected subscription plan.
1.2. Access to the platform is provided entirely over the Internet under the SaaS (Software as a Service) subscription model.
2. Service Delivery & Account Activation
2.1. Services are deemed fully rendered from the moment the payment transaction is successfully processed. Digital access and credit quotas are activated automatically inside the User dashboard immediately.
2.2. Due to the purely digital and intangible nature of SaaS products, physical delivery does not apply.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
3.1. Service fees are defined by the current pricing tiers published on the official platform pricing page.
3.2. All subscription plans operate on a 100% advance prepayment basis for the chosen billing cycle using secure certified payment gateways (including WayForPay).
3.3. Settlements are processed in lawful currency as dictated by international banking and payment processor standards.
4. Rights & User Obligations
4.1. The User has the right to utilize the toolsets within their subscribed tier quotas and receive customer technical support.
4.2. The User agrees to maintain credential confidentiality, prevent unauthorized account sharing, refrain from automated scrapers targeting Provider infrastructure, and avoid unlawful or spamming activities.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. The software and data are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
