- Prepare your domain name and keyword target list.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Selecting Quick Check vs Tracking Projects
Choose 'Quick Check' for ad-hoc audit queries or create a 'Project' for recurring historical performance tracking.
Configuring Target Domain Matching
Type your domain or exact URL. Select matching mode: 1) Entire Domain, 2) Domain with Subdomains, or 3) Exact URL match.
Pasting keywords and setting device & location
Paste up to 1,000 queries. Choose target country, city, search language, and device profile: Desktop 🖥️ or Mobile 📱.
Initiating check and analyzing metrics
Click 'Check Rankings'. The results grid displays: exact Google rank position (Position 0 / Featured Snippet, TOP 1-3 green, TOP 4-10 blue, TOP 11-30 amber, >30 red), ranking landing page URL, and SERP features (Organic, Local Map Pack, Shopping).
Exporting ranking reports
Click 'Export to Excel (.xlsx)' at the top right to download a formatted spreadsheet report.
