Prerequisites & Preparation:
- Open SERM Tracker in your AKRAMYS dashboard.
- Prepare your branded search queries (e.g., 'Brand', 'Brand reviews', 'Brand careers').
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Entering branded keyword queries
Paste your target queries into the search query textarea, one entry per line.
Selecting country, target city, and interface language
Choose your target country (Ukraine, USA, UK, Germany, Poland, etc.) and target city. Select the Google search interface language.
Setting your primary brand domain
Enter your official company domain into the 'Your Domain' input to automatically classify your owned websites as Positive.
Running the live SERM audit
Click 'Analyze SERP'. The engine captures real-time Google TOP 10/20 organic snippets and renders the interactive results grid.
Sentiment tagging and live SERP NPS calculation
Assign sentiment tags to each snippet: Green (Positive / Controlled), Red (Negative / Threat), or Gray (Neutral). The SERP NPS metric updates dynamically in the top bar.
Exporting reports and SERP screenshots
Click 'Export to Excel' to download formatted spreadsheets with colorized sentiment cells, or click 'SERP Screenshot' to download graphic JPEG captures.
